Please read this first if it's about an order

We cannot help with purchases. Woodsmith Lab is an independent site — we do not sell TedsWoodworking, take payment, deliver files or issue refunds. If your question is about any of the following, we have no access to it and contacting us will only delay you:

• An order you placed, or a charge on your statement
• Login details or a download that has not arrived
• A refund request or a cancellation
• What is included in the product today

Those go to the seller and to ClickBank, who is the retailer of record. ClickBank handles billing and refunds and can be reached through their customer support site using the order number from your receipt email.
