• The legal entity that operates Woodsmith Lab, and the business address these terms are issued from.
• The governing law and the courts that would hear a dispute — this document currently names neither.
• Whether the limitation of liability below is enforceable in that jurisdiction, and in what form.
• Whether a dispute resolution or arbitration clause should be included for US consumer traffic.

What this site is

Woodsmith Lab is an independent informational website. It publishes opinion and information about woodworking plans, tools and resources. It is not a shop, and it does not sell anything.

We are not the seller

TedsWoodworking is created and sold by Ted McGrath and retailed through ClickBank. When you follow a link from this site to their order page, you leave Woodsmith Lab and enter a transaction between you and them, on their terms.

We are not a party to that transaction. We have no control over the price, the contents of the product, the delivery of your files, the support you receive, or whether a refund is granted. Those are matters for the seller and ClickBank.

Accuracy

We check the offer details we publish against the seller's own page and date them, but offers change without notice. The seller's order page is always the authoritative source for price, contents and terms. Read it before you buy.

Build at your own risk

Woodworking involves sharp tools, power tools and materials that can cause injury. Any information on this site is general in nature. You are responsible for working safely, for following the instructions supplied with your own tools, and for deciding whether a project is within your ability. See our disclaimer.

The text, design and original images on this site belong to Woodsmith Lab. You may quote short extracts with a link back. Do not republish pages wholesale. TedsWoodworking and related product names belong to their respective owners.
